During the camp, there will be time allocated for viewing demonstrations and participating in question and answer sessions. The camp also emphasizes goalkeeping-specific functional performance training to prepare all goalkeepers for the upcoming season.

Package Information:

RESIDENTIAL CAMPER (2007-2015):

• Check-in: Sunday July 12, 12-2pm

• *On Sunday July 12th, check-in will take place at NIU, where room assignments and directions to the residence will be provided.

• Check-out: Friday July 17th, 5.00pm

• Residential Package Includes:

  • Room and board

  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner

  • Morning, afternoon, and evening training sessions

  • Early morning and late-night body recovery session

  • Nutrition seminar

  • Q&A with Staff

**Residential campers should bring their own bedding and toiletries. All beds are Single beds. It's recommended to bring a box fan, bottled water, Gatorade, and snacks for the week.

DAY CAMPERS (2007-2016):

*Day campers do NOT have a residential stay.

• Daily Check-in: 9.00am Monday July 13th - Friday July 17th

• Daily Check-out : 5.00pm Monday July 13th - Friday July 17th (FINAL DAY)
