We wished we lived in a perfect world.
But we don't and sometimes your order may not be exactly what you ordered.
It's okay. We want to make sure we get it right.
PRODUCTS / GLOVES / APPAREL Refund Policy
- Exchanges for unworn / undamaged goods only. All goods will be inspected prior to exchange.
- Exchanges will gladly be accepted if returned to BIG CAT GK within 35 days of your order being placed.
- Email info@bigcatgoalkeeping about your planned exchange to make sure we have the style and size of your exchange in stock. Include your order number and name of purchaser so that we can retrieve your purchase information.
- We are a small private business and shipping can get expensive. It is the responsibility for the Customer to cover shipping expenses back to BIG CAT GK. We recommend the least economical method possible as well as getting a shipping tracking number to track the package.
- Returns for unworn / undamaged goods only. All returned goods will be inspected prior to any return / credit being issued.
- Returns will gladly be accepted if returned to BIG CAT GK within 35 days of your order being placed.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses back to BIG CAT GK. We recommend the least economical method possible as well as getting a shipping tracking number to track the package.
- Please email BIG CAT GK the shipping tracking number so we can ensure we receive your returned goods accordingly. Email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your Order number, Customer Name on original purchase and shipping tracking number.
- Once your returned goods are inspected, refunds or credit will be issued within 72 hours of receipt by BIG CAT GK. Refunds will be credited to the form of purchase made on original transaction. Friendly reminder, some banks may take longer processing the return funds after we issue the refund.
CAMP REACT / CLINICS / EVENT Refund Policy
In the case that you may need to cancel your reservation / booking for a CAMP REACT / React Training Center / Training Center / Clinic / Event, we offer the following refund policies.
- Cancellations must be made in a timely manner.
- Email email@example.com requesting a refund for your cancellation.
- Refunds are refunded on the tender booking/reservation was made.
- Please allow up to 10-14 days for refund to be issued.
